this is hard for me to type. and the reason i never tell people is because it happens so fast, or i feel so sad telling people.

Update on my health... I'd been feeling rough on and off since I came back from Walt Disney World in January. Doctors weren't too worried so I just got on with it. On 27th April, I got to the end of my shift at work, and didn't feel I could even walk out to the car. The next day (28th), I got ready for work, and couldn't bring myself to even walk down the stairs. I was off work for two days, and then got an appointment on the Friday (1st) with the Crohn's team.

I went for my appointment, came to light I had a huge absess. They got me in for surgery on the Sunday. It was only ment to be draining the infection and having some drains put in.

Cut a very detailed story short, they did what they needed to do, but it's a LOT worse than they thought. I am home (even though I shouldn't be), have to see the district nurse every day and hospital appointments almost each week. I had a hospital appointment last Friday (8th) and they are pretty sure i'm going to need some more surgery on the wounds, two more fistulas have appeared. But I have to go back in two weeks and see what they say then.

Trying to keep my mind busy.. but i'm exhausted!!

[[ COSTUMES! ]]

I have finished Shaun's Neji (Naruto) shirt, headband, and almost finished the sandels.
Just need to sew the bottom of the petty coat for my Alice (McGee's Alice) REVAMP, then i'm done. Also made Mr Rabbit.
I need to think about doing the wings for RaceForLife (not sure if i will be doing it or not... doubt i will but i want too even if it takes 5 hours).

I also need some new costume or material props projects... *THINKS*

no idea about next week. hopfully i can get down there for a few hours on the saturday, in the wheelchair.. if i do i will be in my Alice costume, then it wont look so stupid in the chair.
*shrugs* very much doubt i will be there, and i am feeling very sad.
